  4. Una vez preparado el pimiento, lo rellenamos y lo cerramos con la parte de arriba que hemos guardado. Para que el pimiento se mantenga cerrado, podemos ponerle 2 palillos. Dejamos el pimiento preparado durante unos 30 minutos antes de meter al horno para que se mezclen los sabores.
  5. Con los pimientos listos para hornear, preparamos el horno a unos 200º y entonces los metemos al horno y dejamos durante 1 hora. Es aconsejable dar la vuelta a los pimientos pasada media hora de meterlos al horno.
