  5. Mientras termina de cocinarse el relleno terminamos de preparamos las láminas de lasaña. Una vez hervidas o precocidas las ponemos sobre un trapo de algodón limpio y las dejamos reposar unos minutos.
  6. Luego untamos un recipiento apto para horno con mantequilla y disponemos sobre el las láminas de lasaña alternadas con el relleno de carne.
  7. Cuando tengamos montada la lasaña añadimos la bechamel y por encima el queso rallado. Una vez montado el plato lo introducimos en el microondas uno 10' o 15' hasta que el queso empiece a estar doradito
  8. Para la bechamel:
    Ponemos en un cazo a fuego medio la mantequilla y cuando esté fundida añadimos la harina y removemos para mezclar todo bien, dejamos cocer un minuto para que se tueste la harina, pero con cuidado de no quemarla.
  9. Después añadimos la leche (si está tibia mejor) poco a poco y sin dejar de remover para evitar que se formen grumos, lo ideal es utilizar varilla o cuchara de madera, seguimos removiendo a fuego medio hasta que la leche empieze a hervir y la mezcla empiece a espesar.
  10. Cuando empiece a espesar sazonamos, una pizca de sal y pimienta y la nuez moscada.
