- Por último, se añade un chorro de aceite de oliva y un chorro agradecido de vinagre de manzana ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ OJO !!!!!!! pero sin pasarse, seguir cociendo unos 20' o 25 ' a fuego medio (6 o 7), hasta que la patata esté tierna.

- Finalmente, removemos, apartamos del fuego, dejamos reposar unos minutos y servimos.
- BRUJICONSEJOS: Se puede sustituir el agua por caldo casero de verduras y suprimimos la pastilla de caldo. Agregar AGUA FRÍA siempre que sea necesario. El vinagre evita que las lentejas se peguen.
