- Ponemlos el queso por encima ( yo he usado mozzarela, pero para la proxima vez usare tranchetes o queso chedar, porque somos muy queseros y para mi gusto aunque le eche bastante no sabia mucho a queso...) hacemos las tiras de la trenza con un cuchillo y las vamos montando cubriendo la verdura

- pintamos la trenza con huevo y la ponemos en el horno precalentado unos 15-20m a 180°
