  4. Repetimos la operación con el resto.

    Después simplemente ponemos un poco de queso rallado encima de la última rodaja de berenjena y listo.
  5. Si lo queréis mejorar, podéis hacer un poco de salsa bechamel (también la venden ya preparada) y colocar una cucharada generosa por encima y después el queso rallado.

    Llevamos al horno para que se funda el queso, durante 10-15 minutos a 180ºC.
  6. Servimos bien caliente para que el queso siga fundido. Toda una delicia que seguro que en casa disfrutaréis.
