- En una fuente de horno disponemos una pequeña capa de tomate, otra de berenjena, las berenjenas, el queso mozzarella/feta en daditos y el parmesano rallado. Así vamos cubriendo el molde apretando para que quede compactado y por último una buena capa de tomate cubierta de parmesano.
Metemos al horno previamente calentado a unos 180 grados durante unos 40 minutos.
