  1. Yo uso la olla a presión porque meto todos los ingredientes con agua fría, cierro y una vez que empieza a hervir lo tengo 20 minutos
  2. Meto la carne (caparazón, muslos y contramuslos y alitas),las patatas, zanahorias y apio
  3. Otras veces le echo también calabaza y judías verdes, esto va en función de los gustos de cada uno. Creo que es fundamental el apio y el resto, las verduras que más gusten en cada casa
  4. Añado los dientes de ajo pelados, el zumo de medio limón, 1 tomate rallado y un poco de pimienta. Y un hueso de jamón
  5. Me gusta echar también especias que venden para hacer embutido. Lo puedes encontrar en casas de especias pero si no una buena cucharada de pimentón y ya verás cómo cambia la cosa
  6. Por último cierro la olla y cuando empieza a hervir lo tengo 20 minutos
  7. Lo que me gusta es, una vez que está hecho lo paso a otra olla pero previamente desmenuzo la carne y le quito los huesos, con mucho cuidado del caparazón porque tiene muchos huesos chiquititos que a mi, personalmente, si me los encuentro en el plato me dan la comida
