  6. Añadimos el vino blanco y el curry en polvo. Hemos echado dos cucharadas grandes de curry, pero esto es al gusto, hay que probarlo y añadirlo poco a poco. Removeremos para que se mezcle bien y echaremos el caldo de pollo o bien un poco de agua para terminar la cocción. Coceremos durante unos 5 minutos más.
  7. Para freír el arroz ponemos una cazuela al fuego con el resto de la mantequilla y cuando esté bien derretida añadimos el arroz y removemos bien para que quede todo el arroz frito. Si absorbe demasiado pronto la mantequilla podemos añadir un poco de aceite de oliva y seguir removiendo.
  8. Para servir el plato podemos utilizar un aro con un agujero en el centro (según se ve en el vídeo) o bien hacer un flan con un vasito, eso sí apretando el arroz para que no se desmorone, y alrededor poner el pollo al curry.
