- 1 cebolla grande y tierna
- 1 hoja laurel
- 1/2 kg. setas de cardo
- 3 dientes ajo
- 600g. carne de pollo deshuesada( yo he puesto 2 muslos, 2 contramuslos deshuesados y un filete de pechuga
- 7 cdas aceite de oliva virgen
- 100g. macarrones
- albahaca , hierbas provenzales
- sal, perejil
- queso Enmental rallado

- En primer lugar elaboramos una salsa casera con el tomate batido, un diente de ajo picado, media cebolla en juliana, una hoja de laurel y 3 cucharadas soperas de aceite. La sazonamos y le ponemos una pizca de azúcar o edulcorante líquido para quitarle la acidez.Trituré con la batidora finalmente, para que no se notara la cebolla.
- En una cazuela cocemos, en abundante agua con sal, los macarrones y reservamos (espolvoreados con aceite no se pegan ni resecan)
- A continuación ponemos en una sartén dos cucharadas de aceite y doramos en él dos ajos bien picados y añadimos, la otra media cebolla cortada en juliana, las setas, lavadas y cortadas a tiras finas. Las sofreímos y sazonamos y ya casi hechas, las espolvoreamos con perejil y las retiramos de la sartén.
- Seguidamente vertemos en la misma sartén otras dos o tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen, doramos el pollo (yo, sin piel, deshuesado y cortado a trocitos) y lo aderezamos con albahaca, ajo granulado, unas hierbas provenzales y sal.

- En una cazuela de barro mezclamos la salsa de tomate con los trocitos de pollo , las setas y los macarrones , previamente cocidos. Espolvoreamos con queso Enmental rallado y la introducimos en el horno a gratinar durante 15 minutos o 20 minutos. Se sirven en la misma cazuela.
