  7. Sacar las berenjenas del horno. Utilizando una cucharilla, sacar con cuidado la carne de las berenjenas, que ya estará blandita. Se quedarán como cubitos de berenjena. Mezclarlos con la carne picada.
  8. Cuando esté listo, poner la mitad del relleno en cada mitad. Después colocar el queso cortado en rodajas sobre la superficie
  9. Hornearlo 6 minutos más a 180°
  10. Gratinar 4 minutos más a 140°. Y ya estarían listas
