  4. Ponemos una capa de berenjenas fritas y luego una capa de mozzarella, seguimos estos últimos 2 pasos hasta llenar la fuente. Terminar con bechamel y mozzarella para gratinar. Yo he hecho tres capas de todo por lasaña.
  5. Tapamos con papel aluminio y metemos en el horno durante 30 minutos a 200 grados y luego quitamos el papel aluminio y dejamos por otros 10 minutos más hasta que se gratine. Finito!
