  7. Mientras cortamos la berenjena en cuñas las saltamos y dejamos reposar 5 minutos. Las secamos y enharinamos.
  8. Las freímos en aceite de girasol y las reservamos sobre papel de cocina.
  9. Salgamos las setas, enharinamos y las freímos y reservamos en papel de cocina.
  10. Damos otra vuelta al contenido de la bandeja que tenemos en el horno, dejamos 10 minutos más.
  11. Pasado este tiempo, incorporamos las cuñas de berenjena y las setas por encima. Apagamos el horno y dejamos la bandeja dentro con la puerta abierta 10 minutos más.
