  4. Con la salsa ya lista, empezamos a montar las berenjenas. En la base de una fuente de horno ponemos una capa de salsa de tomate, queso parmesano, hojas de albahaca y cubrimos con las rodajas de berenjena.
  5. Seguimos por capas de la misma manera, otra capa de tomate, queso y berenjenas. Así podremos ir haciendo tantas capas como queramos. Finalmente cubrimos con salsa de tomate, mozarella en rodajas y unas hojas de albahaca más.
  6. Metemos al horno a unos 180-190 grados durante al menos 30 min. Cuando veamos que el queso está gratinado y doradito ya podremos sacar.
