- 2 huevos duros
- 1 pizca sal

- Cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad, le hacemos unos cortes horizontales y verticales para que entre bien el calor, y las metemos entre 30 - 40 minutos al horno a 250 arriba y abajo


- Una vez pasado el tiempo correspondiente sacamos las berenjenas y con una cuchara sacamos el contenido teniendo cuidado de no romper la piel.

- Cortamos la cebolla en trozos pequeños y la sofreímos hasta que coja un color dorado. Una vez cogido el color añadimos la berenjenas y movemos para que no se pegue a fuego medio. Añadimos un poco de sal.


- Tras unos 3-5' apartamos del fuego y añadimos las dos latas de atún, los huevos duros picados y mezclamos con un correo de tomate frito. Le añadimos un poco de orégano.

- Una vez mezclado rellenamos la piel con el contenido. Cómo a mí no me gusta el queso, bato un huevo y tras hacer un pequeño hueco lo hecho en la berenjena. A mí mujer como le gusta el queso le pongo un par de tranchetes o queso rallado cubriendo la parte de arriba de la berenjena.

- La meto de nuevo al horno para gratinar unos 5-10'. Y !LISTO!
