  4. Comprovamos el punto de cocción y cuando estén hechos, ya lo podremos sacar. La cebolla siempre nos tardará un poco más que el pimiento y la berenjena.
  5. Una vez esté todo cocido, lo ponemos en un plato tapado y así nos ayudará a pelarlo todo mejor.
  6. Cuando esté todo frío, podemos sacar la piel y las semillas de todo y lo vamos colocando en una bandeja todo cortado a tiras.
  7. A la cebolla le quitamos las capas más duras y la podemos cortar a trozos y también la colocamos en la bandeja.
  8. Cuando lo tengamos todo lo regamos con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta.
  9. Opcionalmente podemos poner un ajo picado encima del pimiento y la berenjena y si no hemos escalivado la cebolla, podemos cortar trocitos de cebolla tierna cruda por encima del pimiento y la berenjena.
  10. Si queremos, podem poner un chorrito pequeño de vinagre a todo el conjunto.
